Why did you take the deductible again on my claim? I already paid it to the dental office.
Most likely, the deductible is not being taken twice (once by us and once by the dental office). If the dentist collected the deductible from you we note the deductible for our records, and this is reflected on your Benefit Statement. If you feel an error has been made on your Benefit Statement please contact Customer Relations.
