Ameritas Group sponsored a roundtable discussion in New York City July 15, 2009. This event, hosted by Source Media, publishers of Employee Benefit News and Employee Benefit Adviser, brought together human resource professionals from colleges and universities to discuss the impact of health care reform on employee benefits.
Discussion topics included concerns about health care reform, what institutions are doing to reduce health care costs, employee recruitment and retention, and prevention and wellness programs.
